Surface quality of high precision parts
The surface quality of our precision machined parts is excellent, mainly manifested in low surface roughness and the integrity of the microstructure.
Surface roughness: In many precision mechanical transmission components, such as high-precision lead screws, gears, etc., the surface roughness Ra value can often reach less than 0.8 microns.
In ultra-precision machining cases, it can even be as low as 0.1 microns.
